That’s an iPad testing next-gen firmware in the field and those settings are for video call debugging. You may recall iPhone 4 field-test devices having a similar menu.
Not a huge shocker by any means. Now that the latest iPod Touch has two cameras and Face Time, it seems more obvious than ever that these will be coming to the next gen iPad. Still, good to see reports that it’s already in testing.
