Gizmodo has some drummed-up explanation for why this pint-sized horse is in an Apple store. I’m not buying it. I’m going with somebody brought it in there to give their kiddo a straight-up choice: pony or iPad.
If I was a kid, I’d go with pony – and just plan to grab hold of my parents’ iPads at every opportunity.

What a lovely, spacious Apple store that is. I was in the Apple Store at Birmingham's Bull Ring (U.K.) on Sunday and frankly it felt like I was engaging in an elbowing competition with a stadium audience forced into a telephone box. Not good.
Yeah I have to say the Apple stores in Austin are generally a lot busier / more crowded than that place looks.
