Security Update for iPad Released

I’m very late on posting this – so many of you will already be aware of this.  For those who haven’t already seen it reported or hooked their iPad up for a sync in the latter portion of this week, an important security update for the iPad’s operating system has been released a couple of days ago.

As you can see in the screenshot above, iOS 3.2.2 is a software update for the iPad that fixes a security vulnerability associated with viewing PDF files.

As with all iOS updates, you just need to connect your iPad to your PC and iTunes to get this one installed.  If you’re considering jailbreaking your iPad, you should be aware that this update will prevent using the current jailbreak method.
