The more details I see about the upcoming Mac OS X Lion – due for release this summer – the more excited I am about it. Today I noticed a very nice new feature that will be included with the integrated Lion Server – wireless file sharing for the iPad:

File Sharing for iPad

Lion Server delivers wireless file sharing for iPad. Enabling WebDAV in Lion Server gives iPad users the ability to access, copy, and share documents on the server from applications such as Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.

Good stuff. Of course I’d like to see more of the file system included within this feature – but I use all three of the iWork apps on the iPad and this will make them a heck of a lot better.

Oh, and I also like this idea from Chris at everythingiCafe, to bring Lion’s Mission Control to the iPad. That could be quite interesting.
