Where to Follow Today’s Apple’s iPad 2 Event Live

Share This:

It’s finally iPad 2 Day, or at least iPad 2 Announcement Day. Apple will unveil the second-gen iPad at a special media event in San Francisco that kicks off in just over two hours, at 1:00PM US Eastern.

If you want to follow the event live, there will be various sites offering liveblog coverage, as always with big Apple events. Here are a few that caught my eye and that I’ll be following:

— Engadget: http://www.engadget.com/2011/03/02/live-from-apples-ipad-2-event/

— arstechnica: http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2011/03/ipad-2-event-liveblog.ars

— Gizmodo: a ‘meta’ liveblog: http://live.gizmodo.com/

— TUAW: another metablog: http://www.tuaw.com/2011/03/02/apple-ipad-2-event-metaliveblog/

— The Excellent Andy Ihnatko: http://ihnatko.com/2011/03/02/ipad-2-event-the-liveblog/

Hopefully Apple will also livestream the event – though I don’t see it mentioned at apple.com yet. Gdgt is normally my favorite liveblog site to follow – but it looks like they’re not covering this one.

How about you guys? Are you able to / planning to follow along with the iPad 2 event?
