Our friend Eric at Coregeek.net is at it again, constructing iPad cases from duct tape. This time it’s the Duct Tape Folio for iPad 2, with smart cover like features making use of the iPad 2’s built-in magnets.

Here’s its feature list:

• Integrated sleep/wake function
• Easy magnetic insert and removal
• Built in prop/stand
• Durable plywood core
• Stylish magnetic clasp

And a shot of the case in its folder, typing mode:

Quite clever really, combining the power of duct tape with the iPad. A nice affordable homemade solution!! I hope he posts how-to instructions for this one similar to what he did for the original iPad.
