BeatBlaster – the fun new app that turns your iPad into an old-school Hi-Fi system – was updated yesterday, to Version 1.1.
I did a review of BeatBlaster last week and I like the app a lot. It looks super cool and it’s a fun desktop companion and soundtrack provider on the iPad. My one biggest wish list item for it at that time was support for playlists – that’s been added quickly in this 1.1 update and it works well.
Here’s the full change list for this new version:
– iPod playlist management
– new animation for iPod to radio library transition
– caching added for offline access and performance
– better BeatBlaster Remote support
– iTunes search shown on iPod CD box
– minor bug fixes
This was already an impressive app, and now it’s one major missing item has been added it’s even better.
Here’s an App Store link for BeatBlaster for iPad; it’s priced at $2.99.
