If you’re a Monty Python fan and you own an iPad, here’s an app to look out for next week. Monty Python: The Holy Book of Days, created together with five members of the original Python crew, will be hitting the iPad App Store on Tuesday March 6.
It’s a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look at the filming of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, that’s said to ‘fully submerge’ Python fans in the world of the classic Python film.
In the interactively interactive “Monty Python: The Holy Book of Days,” the 20th Century’s most brilliant and outrageous comedy troupe takes us along on their foolhardy quest to make an epic film in just 28 days (coconuts not included).
It features a ‘treasure trove’ of outtakes and never-before-scene footage. I’ve been lucky enough to get a peek at the app pre-release and it looks awfully good. I’ll share more thoughts on it next week – for now I’ll just say again, if you’re a Monty Python fan you’ll want to look out for this app on March 6.
