Deep Green Chess has been updated and is now a universal app. So it is now optimized for use on the iPad.
This has been a popular chess app on the iPhone for a long while, and a favorite of mine. It is described as a beautiful and elegant chess application for the casual player, and it absolutely lives up to the description. It lets you play against its AI engine or against another human player.
I haven’t had time to install it on my iPad yet – but I’m very much looking forward to seeing it on the bigger screen.
Here’s an App Store link for Deep Green Chess; it’s priced at $7.99 and is now a universal app designed for both iPad and iPhone.
