Dinosaur Zoo for iPad Updated, Adds a Few New Dinosaurs

Dinosaur Zoo for iPad (and iOS) has been updated this week, to Version 2.0.

The big additions in this update are support for the iPhone and iPod Touch (as in, it’s now a universal app) and there’s a new Dino Pack with three new dinosaurs (including the Triceratops shown above) available as an in-App purchase.

The new pack – Dino Pack 02 – costs 99 cents.

This is a very good app if you or your kids are dinosaur fans. The graphics are great and the dinosaur animations are superb. It’s big fun to tap on or near the dinos to see their reactions and how they move. I did a review of Dinosaur Zoo back in June – give that a look for more details about the app.

It’s good to see the number of dinosaurs in the app gradually growing.

Here’s an App Store link for Dinosaur Zoo; it’s priced at $3.99.
