Dolphin Browser HD – one of the very best alternative browsers for the iPad – has been updated this week, to Version 2.0. The headline new feature in the update is the ability to sync bookmarks across iPad, iPhone and Android devices with a Dolphin ID.
Here’s the rest of the change list for Version 2.0:
Now get up to 24 Webzine columns on your homepage.
Access the left and right Sidebar by swiping at edge of screen to facilitate easier browsing when zoomed in.
Quickly tap the status bar to scroll to the top of a webpage.
Disabled Toggle Webzine feature.
Bug fixes.
This app was our pick as Best Free iPad App of the Week a few weeks ago, so needless to say I’m a big fan, and glad to see it getting a nice 2.0 update.
Here’s an App Store link for Dolphin Browser HD; it’s still a free app.
How can I sync my iPad Safari bookmarks to my Dolphin bookmarks? Until I am able to figure that out, I don’t know how useful I will find Dolphin to be.
Hi Chuck, did you find out how to sync them bookmarks? Cheers, thanks.
