Evernote 100 Million

Congratulations to Evernote, who have announced this week that they now have over 100 million users around the world.

If you somehow haven’t heard of or used Evernote it is an incredibly powerful, feature-rich note-taking app.

It’s really more than just a note-taking app. At one time it was touted as a ‘second brain’ sort of storage system – and I think that’s a fitting description. It’s a superb app and it’s an ‘everywhere’ app because of its excellent cross-platform support. I’ve been using it since 2008 when it first appeared on iOS and have been happily paying for a premium account for years. I use Evernote every day on my smartphone, my tablets, an iMac, a Windows laptop for work, and in web browsers to clip articles of interest.

Well done Evernote, I imagine the 200 million user mark will roll around at an even faster pace.
