Five Guys Burgers – There’s an App for Those

Five Guys Burgers are pretty legendary here in Texas. I think they’re our equivalent to those In-N-Out places that Californians rave about. And now the Five Guys chain has an iPad (and iPhone) app – called simply Five Guys Burgers & Fries.

There isn’t much to the free app. You can find your nearest Five Guys locations, get directions to them via a link out to the built-in Maps app, and place orders to be picked up now or at  later time.

You can specify all your toppings and sauces and exactly how you want your burger / dog  sandwich prepared, and save an order as a favorite so you can quickly repeat it in future.

I’ve only eaten at Five Guys once as I’m just not a big burger guy anymore, but I imagine this app will be well received by a lot of my fellow Texans who use iPads and iPhone.

Here’s an App Store link for Five Guys Burger & Fries; it’s a free app and a universal app designed for both iPad and iPhone.

  1. Hey now, we are all sharing burger joints now. As five guys have popped up in California and the first in and out opened up in Texas recently.

    1. Ah, fair enough. I haven’t kept up with the news on this front I guess. Didn’t know about the crossover.
