Friended – Facebook for iPad App Updated, Bug Fixes and Enhancements

Share This:

Friended – which claims to be the first true native Facebook app for the iPad – has just been updated, to Version 1.0.1.

Here’s what’s new in this update:

– Fixed tons of crashes in the "load more" buttons, chat, photo galleries, friend requests and more.
– Enhanced navigation menus for quickly accessing ‘My Profile’, ‘Groups’ and more.
– Lots of chat fixes and optimizations
– Much improved message replying
– Photo posting improvements
– Fixed caching issues with logging out a user and a different user logging in
– Performance increases in just about every aspect of the application

I’ve only just applied the update, but I can see / feel a few of the above-mentioned improvements straight away. Good stuff.

Here’s an App Store link for Friended – it’s an $0.99 app.

  1. I love the app. Way better than the iphone facebook app.

My one problem is I am the admin for a couple of groups. But when I post from Friended on those pages. It shows as me posting instead of the group posting.

Now sure how they can fix that though.

    Other than that, great app.
