iChromy Chrome-style Browser for iPad Renamed – to Diigo Browser

iChromy – the excellent Chrome-style browser app for the iPad – has been renamed, to Diigo Browser.

The app is part of Diigo Inc., the online bookmarking and information management service. The name change is part of an update to 2.0 for the app. Here’s the short change list for the update:

1) iChromy is renamed as Diigo Browser
2) Annotation feature is added to this version.

I think the old name was much better for this app, as for me at least the main attraction of it is the Chrome-style browser, not the new annotation abilities or links to Diigo. In any case this is still a very nice alternative browser for the iPad if you’re a fan of Chrome on the desktop.

Here’s an App Store link for Diigo Browser; it’s a free app.
