Deals: RevolCam: The Multi-Lens Photo Revolution for Smartphones

Share This:

With photography being one of the most common uses for iPhones today, there is no shortage of accessories to help you get a better shot. Whether additional lenses, flashes or cases, there are plenty of ways to take your camera skills to the next level. Here is an award-winning item that combines two of these accessories into one.

The RevolCam from ShiftCam adds three additional lenses and an adjustable-brightness LED light on one slip-on accessory. As with most of these types of accessories, you get Wide Angle, Fisheye and Macro lenses which can rotate over your iPhone’s lens to add capability. However, the adjustable light is a new and very interesting touch, especially since it can be used without the lenses. It is capable of 230 light levels, making it a very handy way to get rid of unwanted shadows and even out color balance in all kinds of situations.

The RevolCam comes with its own carrying case, as well as lens caps to keep the lenses clean when not in use. Even better, this isn’t just an iPhone accessory. The manufacturer claims that this little gem will work with not just any iPhone, but any smartphone. I would be interested to see exactly how that works, but the RevolCam likely wouldn’t have been featured on CNET, Yahoo!, Digital Trends, Geeky Gadgets, and Cult of Mac if it didn’t deliver. As much as I  enjoy using photo accessories with my iPhone, this one has certainly piqued my interest.

Our Deals site is offering the RevolCam for $29.99. This is 50% off the normal retail price of $59.99.

With three high-quality camera lenses, an adjustable brightness LED, and a selfie mirror all on the same device, RevolCam has completely reinvented smartphone photography. The compact, easy to use design fits on any smartphone, giving you many creative options. You can easily swap between wide angle, fisheye, and macro lenses with a flick of the finger thanks to the revolving design, and there’s even a detachable LED light to capture perfect photos in any conditions. Want to take better pictures, but don’t want to lug around a DSLR? RevolCam is your solution.
