  1. I do understand your point of view and I am a huge fan of the iPad, myself. There used to be a separate site called iPhone Insight, but it went the way of all device-specific sites. While the name of this site didn’t change because it was very well established, the coverage here broadened to cover all of Apple and some of the tech industry at large almost two years ago.

    I still focus on the iPad whenever possible and actually ran an article on a new iPad rumor yesterday and 2 out of the last 5 articles were iPad specific. However, there is just less news out there on the iPad right now because no new devices have been released in months and it will be 2-4 minimum before another comes. Apple news always comes and goes like this.
