  1. And that is why companies continue to fail at bringing quality to the market. This is basic, basic stuff. You can’t tell me that someone at Motorola didn’t go to the Xoom website on the Xoom. And they saw that the site didn’t load properly. The only thing that shows to me is this:

    They don’t care. They don’t care about the product they are producing or the end user they are selling that product to.
