A great app would be able to manage a library of chord sheets, put together a "set list" (list of songs in the order to be played), and offer the ability to transpose a song (change the key in which it's played). Also, the ability to jot down info on the sheets (which amp/effects settings, reminders about the intro, etc.). OK, but what about something to manage chord sheets?
