I wrote about some of Apple’s recent moves in the Health space a couple of weeks ago and it got me thinking about other things I could be doing and services that are available that I can take advantage of. For example, I started using an accurate blood pressure monitor that syncs up with my iPhone and Apple Health via Bluetooth earlier this year. I actually had my anxiety over getting it taken at doctor’s offices because it was high for a bit. That anxiety just pushed it higher each time it was taken. Now that I am taking it often and exercising and eating a little better, my BP is back down to normal and the anxiety is gone. A little monitoring can make a big difference.
