PDF Expert for iPad Updated, Adds PDF Stamps and Flattening

PDF Expert, the superb PDF document handler for the iPad, has had another update this week – to Version 2.3.

Here’s what’s new in this latest version:

• PDF stamps
Now you can insert "Approved", "Draft" and other standard Adobe Acrobat stamps to any place in the PDF document you want. Custom image stamps are also supported.
• PDF flattening (convert annotated PDF to regular one) works for ‘Save As’ and ‘Open In’
• Various fixes
– improved stability of Online Storage Sync
– SugarSync protocol update*

I don’t work with PDFSs that often, but this app strikes me as the best, most feature-rich PDF app for the iPad – and one that just keeps adding powerful features.

Here’s an App Store link for PDF Expert; it’s priced at $9.99.
